This is a GREAT recipe! I've made it for years and LOVE IT! I made this recently for friends get together, everyone appreciatively, wondered how complicated it was.
It is so easy and can be made in a jiffy without compromising on the taste.

You will need
2 (3.5 oz.) boxes vanilla pudding
3 cups of milk
8 oz Cool Whip
1 box Graham crackers
1 cup Carob chips/ chocolate chips
1/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
Optional decoration
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP milk
Method
I use this pudding mix, however, you can use any. You can also use custard powder instead of the pudding mix.

Combine pudding mix and milk in a thick bottom pan, cook on medium heat, stirring continuously till it thickens. Allow cooling.
Now add the cool whip, mix well, and keep aside.
Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13" dish. Spread 1/2 of the pudding cool whip mixture over the graham crackers. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and pudding, then top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Now for the top layer heat the milk, add the powdered sugar, carob/chocolate chips, and butter. Mix well till all combined.
Pour chocolate topping over the top layer of graham crackers. Spread evenly.
Now for decorations, you can melt the white chocolate chips along with 1 TBSP of butter and 1 TBSP of milk.
Fill the white chocolate mixture into a Ziploc bag and pipe vertical lines on top of the chocolate layer.
Then with a toothpick, I drew horizontal lines across the top layer, creating a marbling effect.
Cover the cake with a cling wrap and refrigerate overnight for the best results.
Say a little prayer and Enjoy it!
