World's Easiest Moist Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
3 mashed bananas ripe ( like really ripe)the ones nobody wants to eat :)
1 cup of natural cane sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour Bread flour OR ( 1cup bread +1/2 cup whole wheat)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup crushed walnuts/ Pecans

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a bowl combine all the ingredients together and mix well, until everything is well incorporated and forms a homogenous mixture.
Line your loaf tin with a parchment paper.
Pour the fixture into your lined loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and let it sit in the tin for 10 minutes before unmolding.
Allow cooling.

Variations
Banana raisin bread- 1/4 cup raisins can be added to the recipe
Banana Fruit and nut bread – 1/4 cup chopped nuts and dried fruit bits can be added to the recipe.
Chocolate chip banana bread – 1/4 cup chocolate chips can be added to the recipe.
